Yonkers NY dentist Dr. William Limongelli, of 21st Century Dental, helped the residents of Yonkers and surrounding communities during these difficult economic times by giving free Emergency Dental Treatment on Thursday, February 23, 2012.

Dr. Limongelli assisted in giving Million Dollar smiles by providing services that included dental extractions, composite fillings, and dental cleanings. This was Dr. Limongelli’s second year doing this free dentistry event in honor of February’s Dental Health month.

The Emergency dental Day is designed to treat anyone (adult or child) who cannot afford dentistry for free. The free dental treatments will be given at Dr. Lomongelli’s office, 21st century Dental, located at 12 Warburton Ave.

“Anyone with a dental emergency or in need of a cleaning and cannot afford it, will be provided with Emergency Dental Treatment at NO COST on a first-come first-served basis,” explains Dr. Limongelli, adding “I would like to do my part as a dentist to help and hope other healthcare providers would join me and organize a similar effort in their community to help keep our fellow Americans healthy.”

Yonkers Dentist Dr. William limongelli announced the winners of his Good Deeds Contest on Thursday, December 15 at the city’s Pre-K wanzaa celebration in the City Council Chambers at Yonkers City Hall.

First Prize, a lap top computer, went to a 16-year-old Lincoln high School Student Janell McCray for her easy on her community service with the YMCA and the Richmond Community Service.

Second Prize, an electronic tablet, went to a 15 year old Gorton High School student Daniela Sanchez .

Third Prize, an I-Pod, went to Yesmeen  Elgabori, a 5^th Grade student at P.S.16 in Yonkers.
